A 30-minute conversation to understand your situation. We ask about your business, the problem, and what you've already tried. You ask us anything you want to know.

Written proposal

If there's a clear fit, we follow up with a written proposal covering scope, timeline, and cost. No vague estimates, no commitments required to receive it.

Step 03
Kick off and deliver

Once agreed, we start. The same person you spoke to is the one doing the work. You have direct access throughout, not a project coordinator passing messages.

Do you work with companies outside Thailand?

Yes. We work with businesses across Southeast Asia and internationally. Most of our engagements are run remotely, with on-site time where the project genuinely requires it.

How quickly can you start?

For most engagements, we can start within two weeks of agreeing the scope. For due diligence work with a live deal timeline, we can move faster. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you honestly if we can meet it.

Do you work with early-stage companies or only established businesses?

Both. We work across scale-ups, growth-stage companies, and established businesses. What matters is whether there's a real problem we can help with, not the size of the organisation.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. You describe the situation; we help you figure out what kind of engagement makes sense. Most technology problems touch more than one area, and we're set up to work across all of them.

How do you price your work?

Project engagements are scoped and priced upfront, either fixed-fee or time-and-materials depending on what fits. Monthly support plans are a set retainer. Advisory is a monthly rate. We'll tell you the number before any work starts.

Can we sign an NDA before discussing the details?

Yes. If your situation is commercially sensitive — a pending acquisition, a confidential initiative, or anything you'd rather not share without protection in place — we'll sign an NDA before the first substantive conversation. Just ask.
